Additionally, there is a washer and dryer on each floor, available for $2 per load via app payment. Enjoy 1 complimentary parking per reservation. For those traveling with pets, a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) is allowed, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may also incur a pet fee. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are just downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is also right downstairs, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking will result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more require a background and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
