Complimentary coffee is provided, with a drip coffee machine for coffee enthusiasts. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Additional parking is available for $20 per car per day, including "come and go" privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Access to the fitness center is included. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach are downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade, with arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is also in the Showboat building. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal; in some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
