Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Two complimentary parking spots per reservation are provided with parking codes. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40 lbs. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.
