The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot & cold water, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. On-site parking is available. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered.
