Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. A $500 fee applies if pets are brought without prior notification. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. A $500 late check-out fee applies if not arranged in advance.
