The full-sized kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, and is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, silverware, seasonings, a Crock-Pot, an InstantPot, and a blender. The bright living room features an oversized sectional, a reading nook, and a large, mounted HD Roku TV. The garage has been converted into a game room with air hockey, basketball, a poker table, and a 2-person infrared sauna complete with a radio and reading lights. Smoking of any substance in the house or on the property is prohibited and will incur a $350 fee to cover all costs to clean/restore the accommodations.
