We cordially invite you to experience the entirety of this 10th floor corner loft with 2 lake views and a partial skyline view in 3D/virtual reality before seeing it in real life! Welcome home to what used to be the developer's model unit at the Museum Park Lofts in the heart of the Museum Campus. Those who know the area know that the best part of the South Loop is right here, steps away to the museums, Millenium Park, Grant Park, Lake Shore Drive, bicycle/walking paths, Lake Michigan, public transportation (multiple buses and 3 CTA trains), Northerly Island, Soldier Field, and the best South Loop restaurants. If the South Loop is enough, your adjacent neighborhoods are Chinatown, the Loop, and Printer's Row! This corner unit has eastern and norther exposure, giving you continual morning light from the floor-to-ceiling windows along most of the unit's east side. From the unit, you're able to enjoy two different small views of the lake, as well as a partial skyline view northward, both inside from the living spaces and the private outdoor balcony. This condo has many built-in cabinets in several rooms, all of which stay with the unit. Some examples of this are the organized desk area in the 3rd bedroom / office, the living room cabinets, and the master bedroom armoire. Adding to these built-in features are the 5 in-unit closet spaces, almost all professionally organized and configurable. The largest space is the master bedroom walk-in closet, a fine addition to the abundant options both inside and outside the unit. Also included in the rent is the cost of heating / cooking gas, heated garage parking space #15 (level G1), private storage cage (cage #1006, located in the east storage room) measuring approximately 5' deep x 3' wide x 4' tall, and storage for 1 conventional bicycle. This building has its own exercise facility at ground level. Aside from the storage and the views, this unit is one of the rare ones in the building where the 3rd bedroom can also be used as an office/flex/work-from-home room. Those working from home should know that you have several internet options (Comcast, mobile carriers, but not fiber). The current tenant is paying for a Comcast package that gets 376mbps down and 41.2 up. Speed upgrades are possible with Comcast, and mobile carriers often have higher upload speeds. The owner will consider 1 quiet, house-trained dog with a 25-pound weight limit. No cats. With heating, cooking gas, on-site exercise facilities, and heated garage parking included, the only supplemental bills a typical tenant pays for is electric, cable/internet, and renters insurance. The building charges a non-refundable move-in fee of $250 and an after-hours move-in fee of $50/hr (if applicable). Please refer to page 25 of the Rules & Regulations for further details and clarification pertaining to move-ins. If the tenant(s) have a pet, then there is a supplemental $75 pet registration fee per year (charged by the building, not the owner). The credit report fee ranges between $40 - $85 per applicant and depends on the system used to pull the credit, background, and eviction checks. Tenant(s) should independently verify measurements and schools. The square footage of the unit without the outdoor balcony is approximately 1,430 sq. ft. The balcony is approximately 53 sq. ft. and the private storage cage is approximately 15 sq. ft., bring the total square footage associated with this unit to approximately 1,500 sq. ft.
