If the tenant(s) have a pet, then there is a supplemental $75 pet registration fee per year (charged by the building, not the owner). The credit report fee ranges between $40 - $85 per applicant and depends on the system used to pull the credit, background, and eviction checks. Tenant(s) should independently verify measurements and schools. The square footage of the unit without the outdoor balcony is approximately 1,430 sq. ft.
