Sandy Point State Park is less than a 5 minute drive; downtown Annapolis is a 10-15 minute drive; This property is within minutes of Sandy Point State Park. BWI airport is within a 30 minute drive. Our tranquil setting is perfect for entertaining, barbecue's, day or evening swims in our salt water inground pool overlooking the Chesapeake Bay and Bay bridge. Boat slips are available in our protected basin. Storage is available on our rear half acre. The pier includes 2 power pedestals complete with water and electricity. Amenities are numerous and even include areas to garden. Everyone has direct access to swim in the Bay, or launch their small craft from our launch pad. Parking is free.
