NOTE: FURNISHED: $2099/MONTH Cozy, but packed with comfort - 1050 square feet boast gorgeous new furniture (optional) including beds with premium mattresses, dining nook for 8 and a luxurious, upscale genuine red leather living room set. The two story home sleeps 6-8 with 3 themed bedrooms including the Tiger Cave king suite (upstairs), Gorilla Camp-themed full bed and twin trundle (upstairs), and Captain's Quarters with full bed and twin trundle (downstairs). Enjoy a full kitchen with coffee bar and appliances. (Renovations are almost complete) and a large private fenced yard with fire pit and shade umbrella. Over $60K in renovations with more themed updates and photos coming soon! NOTES: * Seeking long-term tenants on a monthly basis. * Brand new windows, doors, floors, subfloors, A/C, staircase and optional furniture, plus inside and out renovations. * If you'd prefer not to do your own lawncare, the fee will be $35/week (weekly in the summer, biweekly in the winter). * Not all jungle décor has been added yet. Initially we hoped to do a short term rental (Airbnb), but have to pivot to long term tenants, so let us know if you want the full treatment (we can discuss). * If you're in the Orlando/St. Cloud area to work remotely, we can add a desk and office chair for you, just let us know. This cozy two-story home/apartment has over 1050 square feet and we designed it to deliver a big experience with premium comfort for families, traveling nurses, doctors, traveling executives, temporary workers, and adventure-seekers alike. From the moment you walk in, you'll feel like you've stepped into your own Jungle Cruise expedition. Every room has been carefully themed to create a playful, story-driven stay while still offering the comforts of home. * Comfort Was Our Top Priority While the house embraces a whimsical jungle adventure theme, we spared no expense when it comes to comfort. After a long day exploring the parks or the city, or a long shift of work, you can relax on our genuine leather reclining living room set, featuring: A power reclining sofa A manual reclining loveseat A manual reclining rocker chair All upholstered in rich red leather, perfect for kicking back and watching a movie or sharing stories from the day. We've also invested in high-quality mattresses throughout the home to ensure everyone gets a great night's sleep. * Fully Equipped Kitchen & Coffee Bar Our kitchen is stocked with many large and small appliances and is ready for up to 8 guests, whether you're making a quick breakfast or a full family Thanksgiving-type dinner. You'll find plenty of tools for the FURNISHED option, including: (OPTIONAL): Keurig coffee maker Drip coffee maker Coffee bar setup Tea kettle & electric kettle Air fryer, microwave and toaster Pots, pans and cooking essentials Dishes, utensils, mugs and glassware * Sleeping Adventures (3 Bedrooms) Each bedroom and the bath tell part of the jungle story: - Captains Quarters Downstairs Bedroom A cozy expedition room with a full bed and trundle, perfect for young explorers or crew members. Mattress can be removed for full use, as trundle does not extend fully (about 3/4). - Elephant Bathing Pool - Downstairs Bathroom A themed bathroom with a walk-in shower, inspired by jungle wildlife cooling off at the watering hole. - Gorilla Camp - Upstairs Bedroom This camping-themed room features a full bed with trundle, where mischievous gorillas appear to have taken over the campsite. - Tiger Cave - King Suite (Upstairs) Our signature bedroom! Drift off to sleep as if you're resting inside the legendary tiger cave from the Jungle Cruise, complete with a comfortable king bed. * Ongoing Improvements This property is an evolving passion project! We've already invested over $60,000 in renovations, and we continue adding new details and themed elements.
