If subleasing requiring by tenant (especially due to emergency circumstances, please discuss options with owners). - Renters insurance: Proof needed. - Compliance: Tenants to comply with all local laws. We are professionals who have shared many wonderful years in this home. While careers are taking us on a new chapter in another city, we love this house and this specific Chapel Hill neighborhood. This home was the backdrop for our favorite family memories, and we’ve carefully renovated and furnished it to be the kind of peaceful, functional retreat we want for ourselves. We are excited to open our doors to fellow professionals, academics, students and families so they can enjoy the convenience, healthcare, education and beauty of the Chapel Hill community just as much as we have.
