Also includes ample storage for your things - bikes, hobbies, etc. Hardwood floors, beautiful neutral paint, bath recently updated, new windows. Close to everything you love about the avenues, but high enough to be out of the lower avenues traffic. Cute Lindsay Gardens city park just two blocks away. Last tenant was there for 5 years - it is rarely available. Beautiful lawn perfect to host a summer bbq or watch the Fourth of July fireworks! You'll absolutely love living here.
