Hi there! My name is Anna, and I'm the owner of Unit 424. This is the only rental property I own, and it's a place that means a lot to me. I actually used to live here myself, and I truly love this building and this unit. I take care of it just like I take care of my own home. I hope that one day, when my son graduates from college, he'll be able to live here too although that's a long way off since he's only 12! I recently remodeled the bathroom and added some wonderful upgrades, including a smart toilet and a rain shower. I've put a lot of care and attention into making this unit comfortable and beautiful. Rental Details: No rent increase for the first 2 years, even if we initially sign a 1-year lease. Utilities: Internet and SCE (electricity) are the tenant's responsibility. No cigarette smoking. Tenant needs to change the air filter every 3 months. Please treat the home with the same care and respect you would give your own. I'm looking for a tenant who will appreciate and take care of this special home.
