There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book the property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided prior to your shoot date. Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee, which is not included in the pricing you see. In a striking art deco building, The Frist Art Museum hosts diverse, adventurous exhibitions, as well as film screenings and lectures. Renowned bluegrass musicians take the stage at The Station Inn, a tiny club open since the 1970s, while Mercy Lounge has indie, soul, and folk gigs. The area is walkable to numerous restaurants and bars, and a quick scooter ride or Uber can take you to Downtown/Broadway and other nearby attractions. Construction is ongoing in the neighborhood, which may cause noise at times. Construction activity is allowed Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No construction activity requiring a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. Any complaints from neighbors may result in penalties. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in penalties.
