Step inside your very own slice of paradise and be greeted with a bright, welcoming space designed and styled with your comfort in mind. The spacious lounge offers a comfortable place to gather after a day at the beach, with over 100 channels to choose from on the big screen. The sofa converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or you can enjoy meals at the breakfast bar. If you don’t feel like cooking, treat yourself to some of the best restaurants in town, all right on your doorstep. The pool is a shared amenity with three other Paradise Palms units. Separate rules apply and are posted in the unit. Paradise Palms is located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island. The island shares the rich and varied history of St. Augustine and its historic district. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants with a laid-back, breezy vibe, providing the ideal escape from the crowds of downtown St. Augustine. Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park, featuring four miles of white quartz sand beaches, or explore the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum. You may hear guests in the adjoining unit. The home has two active security cameras: one installed at the front of the home facing the parking area and the other facing the pool and full pool deck area. No private areas can be seen, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties are allowed, and no pets are permitted on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
