A baby stroller can be provided free of charge upon request. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. It is conveniently close to several great restaurants and grocery stores, and an inexpensive bus system with nearby stops provides easy transportation throughout the valley. This is a full-time vacation rental, and while recently fully-renovated, it is an older house. In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 18 people in it at any given time, including children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of properly. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes. Outdoor hot tub use is restricted to before 10 PM. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. Guests must inform the host of any problems during their stay to allow for remedies. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival.
