The master bedroom has a California King sized bed, dresser and closet, and a large deck with views of the Gulf - a perfect place to watch a gorgeous sunrise! The 2nd bedroom is large with a vaulted ceiling, has a queen sized bed, dresser and wardrobe and a balcony that overlooks the open green spaces at the east end of the island. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to cover the sliding glass doors - perfect for a bright and sunny room during the day and darkness at night. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan, Smart TV, and USB charger station next to the bed. The main bathroom is split into two sections - one section has the bathtub (with shower), toilet and large storage cupboard. The other section has great lighting, loads of counter and storage space, a very large mirror, hair dryer, and scales. The living room has two comfortable sofas for plenty of seating, as well as a dedicated work area with desk, chair, ceiling fan, large Smart TV, and USB charging station. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to fix a quick snack for the beach or a full 3-course meal. There are ample pots, pans, cooking utensils, and cutlery. There is also a coffee machine, blender, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and a comfortable dining area. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen that has a new stackable washer and dryer, as well as lots of shelving space for storage. There is a 2-car garage that connects to the back patio which has everything you will need for day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Guests are welcome to park their cars in the garage or in the free parking on the street. The fully fenced private back patio area has a seating area with shade provided by the deck. There are stairs up to the deck - a perfect place to star gaze. There is also a BBQ grill - great for cooking up some steaks! Small pets are welcome with with a returnable deposit. We just ask that you are thoughtful of the property and neighbors and that you clean up after your pets. Additional fees may apply if this is not done. All utilities are included.
