No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, provided all windows and doors to the unit remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and any unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will result in a $1000 fine.
