Enjoy meals at the sleek island breakfast bar with seating for two, or dine alfresco on the patio, complete with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Coveted off-street parking is available. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry/dryer set in the ensuite bathroom, along with plenty of soft, fluffy towels and some beach equipment. Situated in the heart of the historic Fullerwood neighborhood, this guest house is just a short drive or bike ride to town and Vilano Beach. Coffee shops and restaurants, including DOS Coffee and Drake's Deli, are within walking distance. St. Augustine itself offers old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and abundant entertainment, with the city center just a 5-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. This home is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules written and posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property.
