After rain, small bugs may wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, accommodating up to 3 vehicles, with an additional spot available to the left in front of the wooden fenced area. Do not park inside the garage for any reason. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 9 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
