In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
