Bedroom two has a queen bed, while bedroom three upstairs offers two twin beds. The downstairs bathroom features a jetted tub with an overhead shower, and the upstairs bathroom provides a bath and shower with fluffy towels. A pet policy allows for one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 nonrefundable fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet, with additional charges for not disposing of dog feces properly.
