The home is located in St. Augustine Beach, just a few minutes from the public pier and an easy walk to many of the top restaurants on the beach side. The home is just a 10-minute drive into the historic/downtown area of St. Augustine. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No decor may be hung using tape, nails, or adhesive on the walls, and additional fees will apply if any damage is found from hanging banners, etc. No confetti is allowed anywhere. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to any security cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the balconies and garage, and if evidence of smoking or vaping is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee up to $500.
