The convenient location lets you reach the most iconic attractions while returning to a peaceful retreat each evening. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The resort is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The garage has been converted into a game room; therefore, indoor parking is not available. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome up to (1) two house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) and a pet fee is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, the A/C unit will freeze and give up, and you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
