This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company, but being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida, there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Exceeding the max capacity of the house will incur a penalty of $100 per person per day. A grill is provided, but propane is guest-provided. Washer and dryer are available.
