A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $60, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. The outdoor oasis features over 1,000 sqft paver patio/terrace overlooking a private backyard and nature retreat. Multiple sliding glass doors provide easy indoor-outdoor access. Outdoor furniture is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. A fire pit and gas grill are ideal for outdoor gatherings. Keep noise to a minimum outside between 10pm and 8am, as excessive noise levels will incur a $500 fine.
