Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this property is within walking distance of the clubhouse and its first-class amenities. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and more. The property is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World and Animal Kingdom. SeaWorld is 30 minutes away and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. The resort is located within a gated community. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If the temperature is set lower than 70°F, a fine of up to $500 will be incurred. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee and $150 security deposit is required. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10AM, and in the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
