Florida summers can be hot; please keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the AC unit from freezing, as setting it lower may result in a fine of up to $500. Propane for the grills is usually provided by guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. It is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
