The dining table doubles as a workstation, and the suite is connected to high-speed internet. Relax on the comfortable sofa bed in front of the 55” LCD smart TV, and take advantage of the in-suite laundry machines. Convenient paid parking is available immediately next door to the apartment. Additional amenities include a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a Highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. Situated in the trendy Entertainment District, the apartment is within walking distance to major downtown attractions, Toronto’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, Metro Toronto Convention Center, CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, Eaton Center, King Street, St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and Queen’s Quay Waterfront. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a fine. Late check-outs will incur a fine for each additional hour. Pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. The temperature is centralized within the building, set to heating from November to March and cooling from April. For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required to maintain high standards. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
