As soon as you enter the house,you step into the sun-drenched spacious living room overlooking the large pool & the beautiful long lake with its amazing all-day sun from sunrise-to-sunset. The spacious sundeck and terrace with plenty of space to barbeque and enjoy endless days and evenings with family and friends. Comfortable sun loungers and a dining table leave nothing to wish for. In the colder winter month,the electric heated pool ensures pleasant pool temperatures. The home has a modern white and well-equipped kitchen with friendly granite counter tops,with an adjoining dining room and breakfast nook. The living room offers a large TV and internet access. The main bedroom with direct access to the electric and solar heated pool is furnished with a king bed & large TV. The spacious primary bathroom has a double sink,a separate tub & shower with a separated toilet closet. Attached is a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom also with direct access to the pool area,is comfortably furnished with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed with a TV. A 2 car garage offers enough space for your car and your bicycles or other sport equipment you might bring along. Briarwood is a 24 hour guard gated community,offering 2 community pools (1 Olympic size pool),2 pickle ball courts,1 tennis court,beach volleyball,soccer field,a basketball field,a club room and a playground for the kids. The community offers walkways for walking and jogging and the streets within the community are with very little traffic and perfect to ride a bicycle. Easy access to 5th Ave S & beaches. Leases require a minimum of 7 nights. Rates: January to the end of April $ 300 / night. May $ 220 / night. June,July,August and September $ 160 / night.
