Guests have complimentary access to resort amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness centers. RFID cards are required to access these amenities and cost $15 each, with an expiration date of 3 days. Pets are allowed with prior written notification and approval, and a pet fee of up to $150 applies. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Self check-in via smart lock ensures a smooth arrival. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at the Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses; booking and associated fees are the responsibility of the guest. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
