Comfort and convenience amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, fresh linens and towels, secure access with a keypad and electronic lock, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Beach-ready essentials such as an umbrella, chairs, and towels are included. Starter essentials like dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided, though guests are responsible for restocking during extended stays. Family-friendly features include a Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request, as well as a cooler. Optional early check-in or late check-out is available for $30, subject to availability. Located just steps from North Hollywood and Dania Beach, this apartment offers easy access to the sand and surf. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the beach while having all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place. Avoid clogging by not throwing trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. A laptop computer is not included.
