No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees. • No completed evictions/eviction filings in the last five (5) years. • Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria. • No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) • The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person. • Each person 18 or older interested in living in the rental must fill out a separate application. • Every applicant 18 or older must include separate contact information (email, phone number, etc. must all be different than the other applicant's). • ALL animals and pets are required to be listed on your original application. Renters insurance + Liability to Landlord insurance are required. If tenants do not supply their own renter's insurance with liability to landlord insurance included at least the day before their lease start date, they will be charged $15/month for Liability to Landlord Insurance.
