For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Please place all trash in the designated trash bins/cans. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. If items are damaged, the guest will be liable for these damages. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
