The dining room seats six and can double as a large mobile work and learning station. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom, another full bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. Enjoy the outdoor deck overlooking the fully fenced yard, complete with a table and chairs. A Pack-N-Play is available upon request, and a vacuum is also available upon request. This home is located in the Forest Hills district of Montgomery, centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum. It's just six miles from the new White Water Park opening summer 2023. The neighborhood is close to food, shops, attractions, and museums. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, guests will be required to leave the property immediately, and no refunds will be issued. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the provided bins; there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
