This property is a multi-dwelling unit and currently houses 4 tenants, two females on the main floor and two professional males in separate units in the basement, one of whom is the property owner. All current tenants are very clean, quiet and often remain within the confines of their own private rooms when not working. All common areas are shared by every tenant and include the use of the main floor kitchen (shared refrigerator and common-use stove, microwave and cookware/cutlery are all provided, as well as your own individually assigned cabinet spaces), laundry room (washer, dryer, shelving and basin sink), dining room and family room. Access is restricted to the main floor only. The property also includes a large pool with a diving board that is accessible to all tenants! All utilities including hydro, water, laundry facilities and high-speed wireless internet are provided at no additional charge. Smoking is strictly not permitted! Asking price for rent is $850 for a single female tenant. Driveway parking can be provided for an additional fee. Pets are permitted for an additional surcharge depending on their size.
