This unit includes a large two-door closest, a queen-sized bed, shelving and a study desk (additional furniture can be provided upon request). There is a double vanity washroom next to the room with a bathtub and high-pressure shower which is shared with one other female tenant with each having their own sink and cabinet spaces. This property is a multi-dwelling unit and currently houses 4 tenants, two females on the main floor and two professional males in separate units in the basement, one of whom is the property owner. All current tenants are very clean, quiet and often remain within the confines of their own private rooms when not working. All common areas are shared by every tenant and include the use of the main floor kitchen (shared refrigerator and common-use stove, microwave and cookware/cutlery are all provided, as well as your own individually assigned cabinet spaces), laundry room (washer, dryer, shelving and basin sink), dining room and family room. Access is restricted to the main floor only. The property also includes a large pool with a diving board that is accessible to all tenants! All utilities including hydro, water, laundry facilities and high-speed wireless internet are provided at no additional charge. Smoking is strictly not permitted! Asking price for rent is $850 for a single female tenant. Driveway parking can be provided for an additional fee. Pets are not permitted. A minimum 6-month lease is required, with an option to renew thereafter. First and last month’s rent are required upfront as well as a $200 refundable key/security deposit.
