Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
