There is no penalty for an early departure, however, no refunds will be given. Please note that we require a rental agreement to be signed. Getting around There is a garage and driveway at the home for parking. Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you'll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana's beauty. We understand plans can change, so here's a quick rundown of our cancellation policy: - Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in. - 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in. - No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in. - Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in. Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
