A non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee of $35.00 applies if a payment is declined or returned by a financial institution. Late fees will be assessed if rent is not paid in full within the seven days of due date. Late fees are limited to $50.00 or 5% of the unpaid rent balance, whichever is greater, and may only be applied to unpaid rent. Optional Fees If pets are permitted, pet screening is required at a cost of $25.00 per pet. A monthly pet fee of $35.00 per pet will apply, where applicable. Payment Processing Fees Online payments made by debit or credit card may incur a processing fee of up to 4% of the payment amount.
