Co-signers are required to submit an application with a $75 (non-refundable) application fee. • We do not allow Subletting, Company leasing, or Air B&B. • Rental history- 2 years of rental history must be provided to include prior landlord name, phone number, and current email address. Rental history must reflect timely payments, no complaints of disturbances, unpaid NSF Fees, damages, evictions, monies owed, liens, or foreclosures.
