This unique villa boasts floor to ceiling windows so you can continue to enjoy the stunning water views from inside! One of the nicest features of this Villa is all the huge windows which let in so much natural light. Spend the day enjoying the beach across the street, and come back to a beautiful and comfortable place to relax. This gorgeous Villa was recently renovated and every thought was given to the comfort of our guests. This private Villa has two bedrooms on the upper level. The Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with a panoramic water view and an attached private full bath. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a set of bunks with a full on the bottom and twin on top. It has its own bath in the hallway just outside the bedroom. The updated furniture in the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. There is a television in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, glassware, cookware, pots and pans. The kitchen also has a large island with bar stools and a full-size front loading washing machine and dryer! Don’t worry about lugging your beach chairs on this trip…we have taken care of that for you. You will find several beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach toys for your use. Parking is also convenient just out front of the Villa. The community property is landscaped naturally with trees & palms and several bridges around the meandering lagoon which runs through the property. It is a gorgeous and peaceful setting with lots of wildlife yet minutes from all the action of the south end of the island. LOCATION…LOCATION…LOCATION! Due to the highly desirable location, our Seascape Villa is the perfect island getaway! Access the beach across the street with a dedicated walking path!
