This 575 sq ft Junior Suite offers a king-size bed with fresh linens and a full-size sofa sleeper, making it kid-friendly. A roll-away bed is available for $60 a night, and Wi-Fi access is included. Enjoy a king-size bed and a full-size comfortable sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a private balcony. The mini bar is not included as this is a private residence. There are 7 relaxing pools between the towers with beach chairs, cabanas, and jacuzzis. Beach and pool chairs are complimentary, simply request a chair from one of the pool attendants and they will prepare the chair, bring you towels and make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible. The staff is available 24 hours a day to help all guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Security is always on-site, and friendly guards ensure the property is accessed by the resort guests only. Anything you could ever need can be found right inside the resort. This will be a vacation you will never forget! Check-in time is after 4:00 PM depending on housekeeping turnover, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-ins will not be ground for disputes for credit or anything of nature. Able to accommodate late check-out depending on availability, nothing guaranteed but it could be a possibility. Our dedicated team is currently addressing an elevator situation that may cause intermittent delays. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties are not allowed with a fine of $300 for violations. Pets are not allowed with a fine of $300 per pet for violations. Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking. Any unregistered guests not disclosed before check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night per guest. The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund. Properly dispose all your food waste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50. Please refrain from disposing of any food or items in the sink or toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs. Leave the home how you received it. Moving of furniture is strictly prohibited. Keep the doors closed to prevent the A/C from overworking. Reporting issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
