The villa is just a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, with complimentary dune buggy transport available in season. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from the rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, which will also result in dismissal from the property without a refund.
