Evictions • For applicants with evictions/past amounts owed (judgements or damages stated by previous landlord from any period going back 20 years from the application), the past amount must be satisfied or under an approved Payment Plan that is current. The tenant must agree to a Rental Verification check. Failure to provide/confirm this information will result in the application not being approved unless the Property Owner decides otherwise. Move In: Tenant Requirements • The full security deposit plus first month’s rent is due. o If move-in is mid-month, the first month’s rent is due at move-in.
