The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Grills are propane and propane is provided by guests; the propane tank may not be full upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges of up to $300. A damage protection option is required prior to arrival, either a $250 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a choice between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100, for stays of 2 nights or longer. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
