A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the property. Located in Storey Lake Resort, this home is just 4 miles from Disney World and minutes away from Universal, Sea World, spectacular outlet shopping, and fine dining options. Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities such as a lagoon pool, lazy river, and gym. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. In case of any signs of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax charged. There will be an additional $100 fee plus tax charged for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins.
