No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not permitted in the unit/house or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
