Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and an iron are provided for your convenience. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, both available to heat on request for an additional fee of $35 per day of usage, with a week's notice required prior to check-in. An outdoor dining area and patio extend the living space, and free on-site parking is available for up to two cars. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Located within the gated Abbey at West Haven community in Davenport, this home offers access to a clubhouse and a secure, residential setting. It's a short drive to Disney World and Universal Studios, making it an easy launchpad for theme-park adventures. Check-in and check-out are self-service. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs a fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during this time.
