Evidence of smoking will result in charges to pay for sanitizing, deodorizing, and cleaning the effected areas. Guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property. Guest must clean and properly dispose of all pet excretions immediately upon discovery. All cars are to be parked in the driveway of your rented property unless specified.
