Everything is walkable, so no car is needed once you arrive. No parties, gatherings, or functions of any kind are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit, with a violation fee of $500. Under 21s are not permitted to drink alcohol. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at any time unless approved by the host in advance, with a violation fee of $250 per guest/visitor. Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Respect the noise curfew from 8 PM to 8 AM daily. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $75 fee will be charged if guests leave more than ten minutes after the posted check-out time, and an additional day's stay will be charged if possession of the premises is held for more than 30 minutes beyond designated check-out. Unauthorized guests will incur a $250 fee per person. Pets are welcome, with a pet fee to be discussed before booking.
