Two beach chairs and two bikes are also provided for your stay, along with the use of a small storage unit. Conveniently located just half a mile from the beach and Naples Pier, this condo is a short walk to Third Street South, Fifth Avenue, and waterfront dining at top restaurants. You can also walk to the Saturday Farmers Market and Crayton Cove. This is a 55+ complex, so the main person renting must be 55 or over. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away.
