Enjoy the screened side porch, private back deck with a gas barbecue, a hammock, a fire pit, a deck with a seating area, and a corn hole. Dogs are allowed, and should be included as adults in the guest count. Events and gatherings may be permitted for an additional fee; please inquire for more information. Located between Avondale and Crestwood, this house is very convenient. Walk to Cahaba Brewing Company, bike to Avondale's restaurants, bars, and park, or get downtown by car in just a few minutes. Avondale is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Birmingham, home to several breweries, tons of new, delicious restaurants and bars, and a beautiful park, offering fantastic entertainment for the whole family. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from downtown and the airport. For those visiting without access to a car, Uber/Lyft are super convenient, and it is easy to bike from the house to parks, food, and entertainment in Avondale. Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. If you bring a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy, you may be subject to a $250 penalty per pet, in addition to the applicable pet fees. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping (tobacco, marijuana, or other substances) or illegal drug use allowed in the property, including in any screened porches or in any interior areas. A $200/night penalty will be incurred for any violation of this policy. Guests leaving after the 11 AM check-out time (or the time agreed to by the host) are overstaying their reservation, and they have no license to stay in the accommodation after this time. For each 24-hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, you may be subject to an additional fee of up to two times the average nightly fee paid by you to cover the inconvenience, plus all applicable guest fees, taxes, and any legal expenses incurred by us to make you leave.
